Location
Black Rock Senegal is located in Dakar, Senegal. Dakar is the capital and largest city in Senegal. The city sits on the westernmost point of continental Africa, surrounded on three sides by the Atlantic Ocean. Black Rock is located in Yoff Virage, approximately twenty minutes northwest of the city-center at the westernmost edge of the continent. The project takes its name from the shoreline which is blanketed in black, volcanic rocks.
